Exchange & Store Credit Policy

We offer a 30-day exchange policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request an exchange or store credit. Please note that we do not offer refunds.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, items must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions for sending your item back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange or store credit:

  • Custom, special order, or personalized items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
